The IRA could disarm further if there is a positive response to its proposals to break the deadlock in the peace process, Sinn Fein leader Gerry Adams said today.

In a keynote address to republicans at Stormont, Mr Adams revealed the IRA offered to carry out a third act of arms decommissioning had Ulster Unionists backed moves to end the suspension of devolution.
