SF calls for publication of Irish-British document
Sinn Féin president Gerry Adams has claimed that a breakthrough in the peace process could be achieved if the Irish and British Governments released their proposals for restoring the North's suspended institutions.
The two governments were due to publish the document on April 10, but changed their minds after deciding that a statement of the IRA's future intentions was not strong enough to convince unionists to resume sharing power with Sinn Féin.
