Junior Minister Tom Parlon has announced plans to construct a €500m commercial-residential complex next to the Phoenix Park in Dublin city centre.

Junior Minister Tom Parlon has announced plans to construct a €500m commercial-residential complex next to the Phoenix Park in Dublin city centre.

The "western gateway" project, a joint venture between eircom and the Office of Public Works, will be built on a 14-acre state-owned site beside Heuston Station.
