Fine Gael has claimed that a survey it carried out in 23 north Dublin schools highlights serious problems with primary services provided to children with learning difficulties.

Fine Gael has claimed that a survey it carried out in 23 north Dublin schools highlights serious problems with primary services provided to children with learning difficulties.

The survey found that almost half of the schools lacked adequate remedial support.

Fine Gael TD Richard Bruton slammed the lack of support for children with learning difficulties and said that instead of funding "fanciful projects" like Stadium Ireland, the Government should "devote money to where we will get value as a community".
