It is understood that the Taoiseach and the British Prime Minister are on standby to fly to Belfast tomorrow for the delayed publication of their blueprint to break the deadlock in the peace process.

It is understood that the Taoiseach and the British Prime Minister are on standby to fly to Belfast tomorrow for the delayed publication of their blueprint to break the deadlock in the peace process.

Plans are not yet finalised, but it is hoped that the two leaders will arrive at Hillsborough to publish their declaration in advance of a positive response from the IRA.
