DUP slams Irish funding offer for PSNI college

The Democratic Unionist Party has criticised the Government for offering €45m in funding for a police training college in the North on condition that the facility be located in Derry.

Party spokesman Ian Paisley Jnr said the offer was an example of "a shameless brown-paper-bag mentality" that could only emanate from the south of Ireland.
