Trocaire signals delay in Iraqi aid plans

Irish aid agency Trocaire has said it could be up to 10 days before it can enter Iraq to care for civilians affected by the US/British attack on the country.

Trocaire aid workers are currently in Jordan with other organisations waiting to enter Iraq.
