Conference on EU rights to be chaired by Justice Minister

Justice Minister Michael McDowell is due to chair a conference on the EU charter of fundamental rights in Dublin today.

The conference, which was organised by the European movement, comes ahead of an EU decision on whether to incorporate the charter into the treaties of the European Union.
