Cowen: Government motion does not compromise neutrality

The Minister for Foreign Affairs has told the Dail neutrality does not mean a complete opposition to the use of force in all cases.

During the Government's motion on over-flights and refuelling stops, Brian Cowen has argued that if it did, Ireland could not be a member of the United Nations.
