Heavy fog along the east coast caused severe disruption to flights into Dublin Airport this morning, with seven incoming planes diverted to Shannon Airport.

Heavy fog along the east coast caused severe disruption to flights into Dublin Airport this morning, with seven incoming planes diverted to Shannon Airport.

Delays of between 90 and 120 minutes were experienced on most flights and intending passengers have been advised to contact their travel operators to see if their arrangements will be disrupted.
