Boy recovers after being knocked down

A six-year-old boy is in serious condition in hospital this morning, after being knocked down in Dundalk.

He was hit by a car in the Toborona area shortly before 7pm yesterday evening.

It is understood the boy received multiple injuries and has been transferred to Crumlin Children's hospital.
