A pharmaceutical company in Cork is set to close with the loss of 160 jobs in a row over shift arrangements.

ADM is temporarily closing its doors at the plant in Ringaskiddy pending an economic review of its operations.

Management says the closure comes after staff failed to agree to new shift arrangements. But unions say there has not been proper negotiation.
