Co Kerry hit-and-run victim named

Gardai have named a 28-year-old man who died in a hit-and-run in Co Kerry this morning as Frank Keane, from Church View in Knockagree, Co Cork.

Mr Keane died when he was struck by a car on the Rathmore-Killarney road at around 12.30am.
