Live Register rose 2,000 last month

The number of people on the Live Register rose by 2,000 last month, according to figures released today by the Central Statistics Office.

The CSO reported a rise of 693 in the numbers signing on, but that figure rose to 2,000 when seasonal adjustments were made.
