Foreign Affairs Minister optimistic over North

The Minister for Foreign Affairs says the people of Ireland should not underestimate the great work done by the pro-agreement parties in the North over the last five months.

Brian Cowen told the Dail that the British and Irish Governments had made a magnitude of achievement over the last two days, despite the failure to reach a conclusive deal.
