Leaders to return to Belfast despite no breakthrough

The Taoiseach has indicated he and Tony Blair will return to Belfast next Monday without a breakthrough in the North's political deadlock.

Bertie Ahern was speaking at Downing St where he has emerged from talks with the British Prime Minister.
