A senior member of the Ulster Unionist Party says that he could not support David Trimble going back into government with Sinn Fein while the IRA retains the capacity to wage war.

Dermot Nesbitt, a pro-agreement UUP assembly member, says that nothing less than total decommissioning by the IRA will convince him otherwise.
