Shaughnessy: Pay deal not enough

The General Secretary of the Building and Allied Trades Union is advising members to reject the new national partnership agreement in a ballot next week.

Following a meeting of the union's executive today, Paddy Shaughnessy said the proposed pay terms do not address the needs of construction workers.
