IMPACT to recommend partnership agreement

The leadership of the trade union IMPACT is to recommend acceptance of the proposed new social partnership agreement negotiated between unions and employers.

IMPACT's executive voted unanimously today to support the Sustaining Progress deal, which includes a 7% phased pay rise over 18 months, with a six-month pay freeze for public servants.
