Carrickmines dispute reaches Supreme Court

The dispute over the licence for work at Dublin's Carrickmines castle to make way for a motorway will reach the Supreme Court today.

However, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council are denying claims being made that their work is being carried out without a valid licence.
