Martin stands by non-statutory inquiry

The Minister for Health Micheal Martin is standing by his decision to continue with a non-statutory inquiry into the organs retention scandal.

Minster Martin was responding to the decision by the Parents for Justice group to take legal proceedings for damages against him and several hospitals.
