Man stabbed to death in Limerick

A man has died following a stabbing incident at a house in Limerick.

It is believed the incident happened after a row broke out during a party. The dead man was said to be in his late teens or early twenties.

A 19-year-old man is now in police custody at Henry Street garda station. He is being detained under section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

This incident is not being linked to other recent incidents in Limerick.
