Pedestrian killed in Cork named

The male pedestrian killed yesterday in a road traffic accident in County Cork has been named. 85-year-old Christy Fitzgerald received fatal injuries after been hit by a car.

The male pedestrian killed yesterday in a road traffic accident in County Cork has been named. 85-year-old Christy Fitzgerald received fatal injuries after been hit by a car.

He was crossing the road at around 7.15 on Church street in Kinsale when the incident happened.
