PDs attack CIE over 'unreliable' rail services

The Progressive Democrats has launched a scathing attack on CIE over the unreliability of Irish rail services.

PD Senator Tom Morrissey said he has seen a confidential CIE report which admits that 22% of DART services and 38% of Dublin-Maynooth services do not depart on time.
