Injured youths abscond from hospital

Three Dubliners who were injured following a joyriding accident in North County Dublin have all absconded from hospital.

The three were treated after the stolen car they were travelling in crashed into a roundabout near Swords.

The car had earlier been stolen in Drogheda, where the trio had appeared in court.

Gardaí were waiting to interview the three when they made their escape. Gardaí are following a definite line of inquiry.
