Adams: IRA statement reflects anger of nationalists

The Sinn Fein president, Gerry Adams, says today's IRA statement reflects the anger and frustration in the nationalist community at the crisis in the peace process.

Speaking before his meeting with the British prime Minister in London this afternoon, Mr Adams said it was possible the two governments could create a context in which the IRA could move the process forward.
