Six arrested after attempted robbery in Antrim

Police in the North have foiled an attempted armed robbery of a security van in Antrim town.

Armed police ordered shoppers and passers-by to lie on the ground during the operation, which happened outside the Ulster Bank in the town's main square at around 12.30pm.
