The price of homes in Ireland went up by 20% over the course of last year, according to figures produced today by one of Ireland’s leading estate agencies.

The price of homes in Ireland went up by 20% over the course of last year, according to figures produced today by one of Ireland’s leading estate agencies.

But Sherry Fitzgerald auctioneers also looked forward to moderating property price increases in the second half of 2003 after above-average rises throughout the first six months, generated by lower mortgage rates.
