Supervision/substitution issue still unresolved

Education Minister Noel Dempsey has responded to a statement released by the ASTI in relation to the ongoing supervision and substitution issue.

Mr Dempsey said the ASTI's statement was unacceptable and he claimed that the secondary teachers' union appears to be ignoring an agreement made on supervision and substitution which was reached at the teachers' conciliation council.
