Ahern hints at introduction of postal codes

Communications Minister Dermot Ahern has hinted that he may introduce postal codes throughout Ireland following the late delivery of Christmas mail by An Post.

Last month, the telecommunications regulator extended the deadline for submissions to a consultation process on the issue.
