Five food businesses shut down in December

Five more food businesses were closed by the Food Safety Authority during December, bringing the total number of premises to 67 for the year.

A restaurant and a storage warehouse were shut in Dublin, while a Chinese take-away in Laois and a curry house in Cork were also closed by inspectors for breaches of regulations.
