Three men killed in separate road accidents
Three men have died in separate road accidents in Co Longford, Co Laois and Co Dublin this morning.
The first accident happened on the Newcastle Road in south Co Dublin, when a 33-year-old man died after the car he was travelling in hit a wall between Newcastle and Rathcoole at around 1.30am.
Two hours later, a 39-year-old man died after the car he was driving collided with a lorry at Brickeens in Kenagh, Co Longford.
A 37-year-old man also died in Ballybrittas, Co Laois, following a collision between two lorries just before 5am.
