Two councillors deny receiving bribes

Two former Fianna Fail councillors have written to the Flood Tribunal to deny allegations that they received bribes from former political lobbyist Frank Dunlop in 1992.

Two former Fianna Fail councillors have written to the Flood Tribunal to deny allegations that they received bribes from former political lobbyist Frank Dunlop in 1992.

However, Mr Dunlop insisted at the tribunal today that he gave £2,000 each to Tony Fox, who is still a member of Fianna Fail, and Colm McGrath, who is now an independent councillor.
