A murder trial jury was sent to a hotel overnight after failing to reach a verdict in the case of a 21-year-old man accused of murdering another man in Dublin in 2001.

Mr Stephen Kelly of Westpark, Artane, Dublin is charged with the murder of Mr Jonathan Guy (aged 21) of Belcamp Crescent, Priorswood outside a house at Newgrove Estate, Donaghmede, Dublin in March 2001.
