Space station passing over Ireland
An international space station will be visible over Ireland for the next four nights.
The station, which houses two US astronauts and one Russian one, will be 250 miles above the Earth and will appear as a bright light crossing the sky.
Chairman of Astronomy Ireland David Moore says that the sight will be the brightest in the sky and visible even if you are in a city.
However, as always with astronomy, the weather will decide whether the space station will be seen.
Astronomy Ireland have advised people to look for the station at 4.30pm this evening and 6.27pm later on.
