Dunlop to appear before Flood Tribunal later today

Former Government press secretary Frank Dunlop will return to the witness stand later today as the Flood Tribunal resumes to hear evidence of planning corruption in Dublin.

For the first time in five years the tribunal will probe the issue of the bribing of politicians in return for votes on planning motions.
