The future of 200 jobs in Co Tipperary is in doubt today after the High Court put Canadian-owned pharmaceutical firm Miza Ireland into liquidation.

A number of workers will be retained to maintain the firm's equipment until it is sold, but it is unclear how many.

The company has been operating in Roscrea since 1946 and was formerly known as Antigen.
