Unionists: IRA fugitives 'must not escape justice'

IRA prisoners could be granted an amnesty without any guarantee the group will end their terror campaign, it was claimed tonight.

Progressive Unionist Party leader David Ervine warned the British government it will provoke fury among the Protestant community if republican fugitives escape prosecution.
