IMO: Ireland not ready to deal with bio-terrorist attack

Ireland is not ready to deal with a major bio-terrorist attack. The country’s doctors say structures are not in place for us to respond quickly to a major public health emergency.

This includes a chemical or biological attack, the fall out from an attack on Sellafield, or a major viral outbreak.
