Transport Minister announces new toll bridges

Minister for Transport Seamus Brennan says an estimated billion euro will be allocated to the country's roads in the next budget.

But, tolls are to be employed as a partial solution to nation-wide gridlock. There are also plans to introduce fixed price roads contracts, to prevent projects from going over-budget.
