NDP 'behind schedule and over-budget'

The Chambers of Commerce of Ireland have claimed the €40bn National Development Plan is behind schedule and over-budget.

Speaking ahead of the organisation's national conference in Co Mayo today, CCI chief executive John Dunne said the failure to implement the plan on time would hamper Ireland's development.
