Govt issues substance abuse guidelines for schools

The Government has issued guidelines for schools on how to deal with the issues of drinking, smoking and drug use.

Speaking at the launch, Junior Minister Sile de Valera said Ireland had a serious problem with substance abuse, particularly in relation to alcohol.
