FG leader attacks new Dáil deal

The Fine Gael leader, Enda Kenny, has attacked a deal that will see the Taoiseach spending less time the Dáil.

Under the deal, the Taoiseach will not attend the Dáil on Thursdays in return for allowing the Labour leader to be the third speaker during leader's questions.
