Cherie Blair, the wife of British Prime Minister Tony Blair, is due in Dublin later today to help the 2003 Special Olympics.

Celia Larkin, the partner of Taoiseach Bertie Ahern, will also take part in the promotion before the two ladies attend the Bank of Ireland host town of the month awards.
