Five questioned about 'Continuity IRA links'
Gardai were today continuing to question five men as part of continuing investigations into dissident republican activity.
They were arrested last night after gardai raided a suspected Continuity IRA meeting at a pub in Limerick.
Gardai said the men, four in their 20s and one in his mid-30s, were arrested at 7.50pm last night. Two of them were from Dublin and three were from Limerick.
All five were arrested under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act and were being held at Henry Street Garda station.
They can be held for up to 72 hours for questioning.
