LRC proposal expected after teacher talks breakthrough

The Labour Relations Commission is expected to publish proposals today aimed at ending the dispute between teachers and the Government over supervision and substitution duties.

The proposals follow a breakthrough in LRC talks between the INTO, the TUI and the Government last night.
