SIPTU in Nice Treaty rift

There is an internal rift in trade union SIPTU over the Nice Treaty.

A group of rank and file members voted against the Treaty in a meeting in Dublin, although the union executive is publicly supporting it.

SIPTU and Socialist Worker Party member, Kieran Allen says the membership is angry over the lack of consultation about the Treaty.
