Retailers 'should be forced to indicate price increases'

The Labour Party has called for legislation obliging retailers to indicate all price increases on the labels attached to goods.

Party spokesman Brendan Howlin said most retailers are very happy to highlight reduced prices and should also be forced to highlight increased prices.
