Noisy Dail scenes over Flood forum

There have been noisy scenes in the Dail this morning over opposition objections at the forum in which the debate on the Flood report is being run.

Fine Gael and Labour are demanding that Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, answer direct questions about his appointment of Ray Burke to cabinet.
