Gardaí make appeal to trace missing woman

Gardaí have appealed for help from the public in tracing a 24-year-old woman who disappeared in Co Roscommon on Sunday.

Marie Gannon was last seen outside a fast food restaurant in Carrick-on-Shannon early on Sunday morning.

Ms Gannon is described as 5ft 3ins in height, with red hair.

When last seen, she was wearing a long black jacket, white sleeveless top, black trousers and sandals. She was also carrying a bag.
